Call for Papers

We invite two types of paper contributions:

  • Full papers: regular research or experience papers (10-12 pages, including references and appendices)
  • Short papers: be position or vision papers (6-9 pages, including references and appendices)

Submission guidelines are to be aligned with the overall BIR 2026 guidelines for all workshops, intended to be published as a joint CEUR-WS proceedings volume. The formatting templated is the 1-column CEURART template available at https://ceur-ws.org/HOWTOSUBMIT.html#CEURART (You can download an offline version with the style files from http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEURART.zip or use the Overleaf Template)

The use of Generative AI is permitted. Any use must comply with CEUR-WS Policy on AI-Assisting Tools available at https://ceur-ws.org/GenAI/Policy.html

All accepted papers must be presented in person by at least one registered author. Participants may inquire about funding opportunities through the OMiLAB initiative for Advancing Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI).
